LEADING FROM WITHIN (LFW)
is a leadership development workshop intended to heighten
individual self-awareness through insightful self-discovery. Launched by Greg
Giesen in 1998, the main focus of LFW is for participants to examine themselves both personally and professional level.
One must first
be an effective leader within themselves before they can effectively lead others, which
emphasizes why this program is such a critical experience for leaders at all
levels. As a result, LFW helps individuals become clearer on who they are, what
they are most passionate about, and the difference they can make in the lives
of those around them.
